Buying from us

Orders are taken and paid for through Payhip, our checkout and delivery provider. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Where VAT applies, it is calculated at checkout based on where you live.

Licence: what you can do with our files

When you buy a digital product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to:

• download, colour, write in and print the files for your own personal use or for your household;
• share photos of your finished pages online, ideally tagging Squirrel & Sage Studio.

You may not resell, share, give away, upload or distribute the files (edited or not), or use them in products for sale, including print-on-demand. All designs remain the copyright of Squirrel & Sage Studio.

Cancellations & refunds

You normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, you agree at checkout that your download can start straight away, and you understand that you lose your right to cancel once the download has started.

If a file is faulty, incomplete or not as described, email us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll send a working file or give you a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Paperbacks

Paperback books are sold and delivered by Amazon, and Amazon’s own terms and returns policy apply to them.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy is the one that applies to your order.
